Kathy has been a licensed REALTOR since 1985. She resides in Naugatuck with her husband Ken Teach. They recently built an “Over-55/ Living in Place” style home constructed on their own interior lot in the Maple Hill section of Naugatuck. Kathy loves working from her Home Office, watching Food Network, attempting to improve her cooking skills and she is very focused and dedicated to her Seller and Buyer clients.
